Officiating is at the core of our process and our approach. A good referee can make all the difference in the game. FIFCO has developed an extensive programme
on developing those necessary skills to be able to officiate at the highest level of corporate football. Our graduates work in various leagues both corporate in nature and not – but, they never forget the core of their training and the values we instill. Our officials have worked around the world at various levels including professional leagues.
